To perform this piece, it is recommended that you use, the following, and configure the instruments as displayed in the images.

  • 2 Schoenhut Concert Grand Pianos (37-key), available here.
  • 2 Cortado MKII Balanced Buffered Contact Mics, available from Zeppelin Design Labs.
  • 2 Franklin Bells Office Desk Call Bells, 2-pack available here.

Connect the contact mics to the soundboard of the pianos with tape (be careful when removing so as to not strain the the transducer and cable connection). Close the lid.
